This law firm wanted to improve the ratio between associates interviewed and those joining the firm. They identified the interview as the single place where a minimal investment could reap the greatest reward.
Lokitech designed and built an intranet application that matches potential associates with compatible partners for interviews. This system allows the firm to find the best possible partners to interview specific candidates by correlating undergraduate schools, law schools and areas of practice interest, and other factors between firm attorneys and candidates. Candidates’ materials (resumes, transcripts, cover letters, etc.) and interview times are entered into the new system. The system structures the selection of partners and coordinates their schedules for interviewing candidates.
