Matt Pangaro
Software Developer
Matt Pangaro is Lokitech’s resident Jack-of-All-Trades. Matt has been with Lokitech for 5 years, and has been involved in many of its projects. He serves as a Systems Architect to help get projects going on the right track, and is the primary DBA for the company’s efforts. Matt has been a major contributor to Lokitech’s athletics projects, developing with technologies such as Java (including EJB and JSP), ASP, Microsoft SQL Server, and Flash. He also manages Lokitech’s IT infrastructure and provides technical support for Lokitech and its clients.
Matt’s most notable work is the design and development of the ECAC’s online officiating system. Currently in its third year of use, the ECAC manages nearly 50,000 officiating assignments for over 300 institutions this year.
Matt earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering at Duke University where he specialized in computer modeling. When he wasn’t camping out to watch the Blue Devils play basketball, he was working on the school’s Society of Automotive Engineers Formula SAE car.
